Wunda chair
The Wunda chair is particularly useful for stability and flexibility exercises, as the chair and its structure provide better support for the body to perform such techniques.
Barre

Cadillac
The Cadillac, also known as the Trapeze Table, is one of the most complete and iconic pieces of equipment from the original Pilates method. Designed by Joseph Pilates, it was created to rehabilitate bedridden patients, allowing them to move from their beds. Its versatile structure (bars, springs, pulleys, and trapeze) works the body with unique depth and precision.

Magic circle
It's used to keep the body aligned, to promote the activation of various gluteal, adductor, and abdominal muscles, but also to add resistance to a movement and promote coordination. It's an element that will add fun, variety, and intensity to your Pilates sessions.

Swiss Ball
Used for rehabilitation and even relaxation. It helps improve focus and release built-up stress. Strengthens bone structure, enhances muscle flexibility and strength, relieves muscle pain, prevents back problems, reduces the risk of injury, and improves posture.

Gell ball

Stability ball

Jumpboard

Functional accessories

Bosu
It is an element that will give us extra intensity in different types of training: upper and lower body, core and cardio. It helps us to have balance, to be able to control the body during dynamic movement and static postures. In any exercise, you will be challenging your balance, improving your core strength and stability.

Mini bands
They are a type of circular elastic band, but with a smaller size. The most common use of them is as a resistance element for the legs, causing the gluteus to perform greater activation.
They can also be used for dynamic warm-ups, side steps, leg extensions or balance exercises.

Resistance bands
By having to overcome the resistance of the rubber, you will notice a greater activation of your muscles. They are a very versatile material since it will allow you to work all the muscles of your body. You can control the intensity of the exercises by shortening or lengthening your grip on the elastic band. You can use it to facilitate stretching exercises.

Stick

Yoga block
