That's why we teach real Pilates:

Contemporary, conscious, and faithful to the essence of the original method.

We believe in the power of conscious movement.

We are a studio specialized in contemporary Pilates, guided by the philosophy, principles, and intention of the original method created by Joseph Pilates.

We honor his vision and bring it into the present, adapting it to the needs of today's body and mind.

Our mission is to offer real Pilates—a deep, precise, and transformative practice led by certified instructors who understand the value of doing things right.

We believe true change happens when the mind and body work in harmony.

When movement becomes mindful, a new relationship with yourself begins—stronger, clearer, and more present.

This principle is our foundation, our mantra, and the reason we are called MindBody.

Here, every body is welcome.

Every person is seen.
Every session is an opportunity to return to yourself, from the center.

This is how our romance with Pilates began

Joseph emigrated to New York and opened a gym with his wife, which he shared with dancers and acrobats, who became his main students.

MindBody Pilates was founded by our Director, Venecia Hernández, who has inspired the promotion of the Pilates method for over 9 years.

Experience the incredible benefits of Pilates by giving your body the movement it needs to achieve your physical and mental well-being.

Inspired by the desire to improve flexibility and physical performance, we create a mind-body experience that disconnects you from your daily routine.

Joseph Pilates stopped teaching in New York in 1966; however, he continued to develop his work based on a strong personal experience in fitness.

Joseph Hubertus Pilates was born in 1883. The creator of the Pilates method, he was one of the most important figures in physical and mental development.
